Dr. Bill Rohn, DVM Dr. Rohn has been with Bayfield Animal Hospital since 2012. He earned his DVM from Michigan State University in 1993. Dr. Rohn practiced in North Carolina for 12 years before moving to Durango. He has a particular interest in surgery including both soft tissue and orthopedic procedures. Outside of work, Dr. Rohn is a big Chicago Blackhawks hockey and Chicago Cubs baseball fan, (but we don't hold it against him!). He is an avid hockey player and lives in Durango with his wife and 4 children.
Dr. Joseph Alaimo, DVM Dr. Joe has been practicing Large and Small Animal Medicine and Surgery in Colorado for over 20 years. He earned his DVM from Cornell University. He has an interest in all animals including exotics.An avid motorcyclist and outdoorsy type, when he is not practicing here in Bayfield, he spends his time camping with his family and pets.
Dr. Catherine Rottinghaus, DVM Dr. Rottinghaus has practiced both large and small animal medicine in Colorado for 25 years. She has been in the area for the last 12 years. She earned her DVM from Colorado State University in 1989. She enjoys working on all animals. Her interests include Exotics and surgery. She also does all reproduction. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her children and is an avid outdoorsman.
Dr. Jerry D. Brown, DVM Dr. Brown is the owner of Bayfield Animal Hospital. He received his DVM from Colorado State University in 1970 and has been practicing ever since! Dr. Brown enjoys general practice the most, and likes interacting with clients and focusing on preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Brown is an avid fisherman and enjoys wood working.
